    KAILANI SPORTS provides 5-Year Warranty against defects in materials and workmanship for the original owner. The warranty does not cover the seal gasket (if torn) or any contents of the case. Cooler or Storage Cases must be properly closed with no defects or damage to the O-Ring gasket or valve to fully cover warranty. If the case breaks, manufacturer will replace at no cost if you are the original owner of the case. Damaged handles, latches, valves, and gaskets can all be replaced and will be supplied at no charge in the case of any defect.

    To request parts, you must have original receipt or purchase agreement and must have a Return Authorization (RA) number from KAILANI SPORTS. All warranty claims of any nature are void if the carrying case has been altered or changed in any way, including adding non-OEM aftermarket accessories.

    KAILANI SPORTS will replace any broken or defective product, at our sole discretion.

    Proof of purchase must be provided upon request to verify warranty coverage, so please retain a receipt for your records.

    BEST COOLER PERFORMANCE

    To keep your cooler performing at its best, we recommend to use a 2:1 ratio between ice and drinks (2/3 ice, 1/3 drinks). It is a good idea to pre-chill the cooler with ice before filling with contents and using it. The ice will be sacrificed to initially chill the cooler down.

    Wanted to love it!

    Really wanted to give this to be a stellar review, but this product does not deserve it.

    Really doesn’t keep the ice very long. 12 hours tops, but the worst part about it was the customer service .

    I emailed in mentioning my cooler was delivered with a bunch of scuffs and scratches and requested to return and exchange but I never heard back. Really dissatisfied!

    Maybe consider the hard cooler but not this one!
