Orders placed before Noon (Mountain Standard Time) will be shipped the same day.

Due to the size and weight of our coolers, shipping prices are higher than average ecommerce goods. Our shipping rates are calculated using the least expensive method (Canada Post Regular Parcel). However, we always ship using the best courier when processing the shipment.

Rural shipments and shipments to Post Office Boxes will be shipped by Canada Post.

Five-Year Warranty — Premium Rotomolded Coolers

KAILANI Outdoors provides a Five-Year Warranty against defects in materials and workmanship for the original owner of a KAILANI Outdoors Premium Rotomolded Cooler. The warranty is effective from the original date of purchase.

If a Premium Rotomolded Cooler breaks or is found to have a manufacturing defect through normal use during the warranty period, KAILANI Outdoors will, at our sole discretion, repair or replace the product or provide replacement parts at no cost.

Defective handles, latches, valves, and other components covered by the warranty may be replaced and supplied at no cost, at KAILANI Outdoors’ discretion.

One-Year Warranty — All Other Products

KAILANI Outdoors provides a One-Year Warranty against defects in materials and workmanship for the original owner of all other KAILANI Outdoors products. This includes, but is not limited to, Soft Coolers, Drinkware, Bags, Backpacks, and Accessories.

The warranty is effective from the original date of purchase.

If a product is found to have a manufacturing defect through normal use during the warranty period, KAILANI Outdoors will, at our sole discretion, repair or replace the product or provide replacement parts at no cost.

Items Not Covered by the Warranty

The KAILANI Outdoors warranty does not cover:

• Normal wear and tear.
• Damaged or torn gaskets, seals, or other components considered wear items.
• Damage caused by misuse, abuse, accidents, improper care, or improper use.
• Damage resulting from alterations or modifications to the product.
• Damage caused by the use or installation of non-KAILANI Outdoors aftermarket accessories.
• The contents of any cooler, bag, case, or storage product.
• Any other damage or failure resulting from use outside the product’s intended purpose.

Coolers must be properly closed and maintained. Damage or defects to the seal gasket or other components that prevent the product from being properly closed may affect warranty coverage.

All warranty claims are void if the product has been altered, modified, or changed in any way, including through the addition of non-KAILANI Outdoors aftermarket accessories.

Warranty Claims

To request warranty service or replacement parts, the original owner must provide proof of purchase, such as an original receipt or purchase agreement, upon request.

A Return Authorization (RA) number may be required before a product is returned to KAILANI Outdoors. Please contact KAILANI Outdoors to obtain an RA number and return instructions before sending any product back.

KAILANI Outdoors reserves the right to determine, at our sole discretion, whether a product or component is covered under this warranty and whether the appropriate remedy is repair, replacement, or replacement parts.

Product Registration

Warranty coverage begins on the original date of purchase. We recommend retaining your purchase receipt for your records.

If you do not plan to keep your receipt, you may register your KAILANI Outdoors product to help verify your purchase and warranty coverage. Product registration may also allow us to keep you informed about new products, product updates, and exclusive offers.

If you purchased your product directly from kailanioutdoors.com, your warranty is automatically registered.
