Orders placed before Noon (Mountain Standard Time) will be shipped the same day.

Due to the size and weight of our coolers, shipping prices are higher than average ecommerce goods. Our shipping rates are calculated using the least expensive method (Canada Post Regular Parcel). However, we always ship using the best courier when processing the shipment.

Rural shipments and shipments to Post Office Boxes will be shipped by Canada Post.

KAILANI SPORTS provides 5-Year Warranty against defects in materials and workmanship for the original owner. The warranty does not cover the seal gasket (if torn) or any contents of the case. Cooler or Storage Cases must be properly closed with no defects or damage to the O-Ring gasket or valve to fully cover warranty. If the case breaks, manufacturer will replace at no cost if you are the original owner of the case. Damaged handles, latches, valves, and gaskets can all be replaced and will be supplied at no charge in the case of any defect.

To request parts, you must have original receipt or purchase agreement and must have a Return Authorization (RA) number from KAILANI SPORTS. All warranty claims of any nature are void if the carrying case has been altered or changed in any way, including adding non-OEM aftermarket accessories.

KAILANI SPORTS will replace any broken or defective product, at our sole discretion.

Proof of purchase must be provided upon request to verify warranty coverage, so please retain a receipt for your records.
