He is an Professional Hunting Guide and owns and operates Big Knife Outfitters in his spare time. With a family lineage of Pro Rodeo Competitors, he holds his share of Championships in Steer Wrestling. Cody was the Canadian Champion in 2008, 2009, 2011, 2015, 2016 and 2021 and the CFR Aggregate Champion in 2008, 2011, 2015, 2019
